This role is vital to our growth and success, combining leadership, quality craftsmanship, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. As a Crew Leader, you'll earn a competitive base salary and bonus package, ranging from $50,000 to $65,000 annually, along with an array of benefits. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and performance of every crew member.
• Oversee multiple crews and job sites, managing 3-15 painters based on experience and project needs.
• Keep detailed records of crew attendance and performance, offering regular evaluations.
• Maintain consistent quality, thorough site clean-up, and protect client property.
• Provide on-the-job training, emphasizing efficiency and best practices.
• Coordinate walk-throughs with clients to establish job plans and timelines.
• Manage job materials and supplies.
• Deliver daily progress updates to clients and address their questions or concerns.
• Communicate project progress with the office for smooth transitions between jobs.
• Perform final inspections, completing touch-ups before job sign-off.
• Attend all required operations meetings.
